Information We Collect
Data Stored Using SwiftData
Our app uses Apple’s SwiftData framework for local data storage, and our remote database for synchronization between a user’s devices when logged-in. This means:
- Your tasks, projects, provided user info, and diagnostic data for this app are stored locally on your devices.
- If you choose to create an account, your tasks, projects, provided user info, and diagnostic data for this app are also stored on our remote database to allow for synchronization between your logged-in devices, and to help improve the quality of this app’s services.
- Your data, if stored on our remote database, is encrypted. No one other than you has direct access to that data’s unencrypted content.
- No login or account creation is required to use our app unless device synchronization is desired.
- Upon deleting your account, all data, excluding transactions, will be automatically removed from both your local data storage and our remote database in accordance with governing regulatory requirements.
Data Categories
The data our app stores includes:
- User email and app subscription details to allow for synchronization between your devices.
- Pre-loaded productivity templates and prompts included with the app.
- Custom task and project data you add yourself.
- App settings and configuration preferences.

We use your stored information solely to:
- Display and synchronize your tasks and projects across your iOS devices.
- Diagnose and improve the quality of our app’s remote database services.
Data is collected for analytics and service monitoring purposes. All collected data usage conforms to all governing compliance requirements of CCPA, ICDPA, and GDPR. Data is not collected for advertising purposes.

- Apple’s standard local device encryption for on-device data.
- Industry standard cryptographic and encryption protocols for all transmitted and remotely stored data.
Data Sharing
The data we collect conforms to all governing compliance requirements. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone. Your tasks, projects, and provided user info remain private to you, and are stored with secure industry standard encryption practices. Your information will also be permanently deleted upon request, excluding transactions. Any aggregate data we collect internally is non-identifiable and used strictly for diagnostic purposes to improve the quality of our app and its services.
Your Choices and Rights
You have full control over your data:
- Delete all data by deleting your account and removing the app from your devices.
- Create, edit, or delete your custom tasks and user info within the app at any time.

Our app is suitable for all ages. Any personal data collected conforms to all governing compliance requirements.
